Stockholm places to eat

We have people traveling all over the place in the next few weeks so look for Stockholm, Japan and New York suggestions here soon! To start, some Stockholm resources, #1 on my list is ALWAYS places to eat:

MORNING:
good coffee / morning stuff is Melquist on Rörstrandsgatan 4 , just off of St Eriksgatan, they open early!
Sosta, on Sveavagen 84 near Radmansgatan, they open at 8am, there are a few Sosta around town but this is our favorite
LUNCH/COFFEE
these are open from the morning till about 6?
Vasastans Ost on S:t Eriksg. 90 in Vasastan
they are good for lunch, cheese, homemade ravioli, etc
